If you need to access your CCTV DVR over the internet and on your mobile phone to see the live or recorded images but don’t have the required IT knowledge to do this yourself we can do this for you remotely by logging into your PC and configuring all the required settings on your Router and DVR.

 This Support Package Includes

1. Remote configuration of your Router – using either a Static or Dynamic IP address
2. Configuration of your DVR to ensure you have the right settings for your desired application
3. Ensure its possible to see your premises remotely and check on Internet Explorer
4. Telephone support to configure either a Iphone, Windows Mobile or Blackberry Bold for Mobile viewing

The Process

1. Once you have set up your CCTV system and connected the DVR to your Router we will start the process.We will then arrange to log on to your PC by sending you an emailed invitation – at a time that is convenient.   
2. We will take control of your PC while talking you through various aspects of the set up on the telephone.
3.  You must ensure you have your router login and password handy without this its not possible to configure the settings needed.
